IMPORTANT DOGWISE RULES Please read before coming to Dogwise
- No extender leads, choke chain or half choke chain collars
- No puppy’s in the training field, if they have not had the full injections
- No dogs/puppy’s are allowed in the training area that do not train at Dogwise
- No children running around when dogs are off lead
- No smacking or bulling your dog
- Dogs must have a fitted collar and a ID tag
- Harnesses must be taken off for play time if no collar no entry
- Dogs must wear a muzzle if you have been advised too
- Please Pick up your dogs poo and put it in the bin
- Please keep your dog under control when off the lead
- Respect other dogs and owners
- Please close every gate behind you at all times
- Please only enter the training area by the two side gates
- Please look on the gate to see if we are open or closed before entering
- Please do not treat somebody else’s dog (ASK)
- Please do not let your dog play in the agility area
- Please do not carry your puppy/dog into the training area
- Do not let your dog constantly bark in the creates or in the car!
- Do not walk your dog though the all weather area when puppy’s are having there play time, (some puppy’s have no recall!!!)
- Do not leave your dog unattended in the field
- Do not leave your dog in the car on a hot day or freezing cold day
- Do not let your children eat food around lose dogs
- Do not bring your dog training if she is in season
- Do not bring your dog training if you suspect kennel cough!
PLEASE NO DOGS ARE ALOWED TO PEE IN THE AGILITY AREA ESPECIALLY ON THE EQUIPMENT! THERE WILL BE A £5 FINE FOR A PEE & A POO! SO MAKE SURE THAT YOU TAKE THEM FOR A TOLET BREAK FIRST
T&C If you can’t make it to your class please let me know in advance thing alway crop up, sadly we can’t save it for you. There has to be a leave of commitment from you to try an make it to your class each week. There is no refund once you have booked onto your class. That is the class you stay on. If you cancel your class we’ll hopefully see you next week about booking your sessions
No worries. We know that sometimes people need a little extra time to make sure what they booked really is for them, so for this reason we operate a 7 day “think about it” policy.” This basically means that after you book any training with us you have a whole 7 days to change your mind and get a full refund it you think the training you booked isn’t suited to you.
There is one thing to keep in mind here, If the training you have booked actually falls within the 7 day period – we’re sorry we can’t offer a refund so close to the event.
But, if you are within 7 days of booking, and the event is more than 7 days in the future, and you do decide that you wish to cancel, please info@nulldogwisetrainin.net. within our 7 day “think about it” period and we will happily refund you right away.
